Stuart Mason is an advisor to Transpose and previously served as the CIO of the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2024. The endowment’s performance has regularly been in the top quartile among endowments and foundations, and under his purview, grew from $485 million to $2.3 billion–excluding a $850 million distribution to the university.
